Gluten-Free Cinnamon French Toast Sticks

Looking for a breakfast that’s quick, easy, and sure to be a hit with the whole family? Our gluten-free Cinnamon French Toast Sticks are the perfect mix of crispy, sweet, and cinnamon-y goodness. They’re simple to make, fun to eat, and kid-approved!


Ingredients:

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread, cut into strips
  • 2 Tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 organic cage-free eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Super Mag powder (follow the recommended weight dosage)


Directions:

  1. Preheat the pan on medium/high heat.
  2. In a bowl, gently beat together the eggs, vanilla, Super Mag powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Add some or all of the ghee or coconut oil (depending on the size of the pan and how many slices of bread fit). If using a griddle or large pan, they can all be cooked at once.
  4. Dredge each piece of bread in the egg mixture.
  5. Place the egg-covered bread on the hot pan/griddle.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the bread).
  7. Serve immediately. Top with your favorite toppings (maple syrup, fruit preserves, etc.).
