My Spectrum Heroes™ wants you to LOVE your product purchase. We value and appreciate your purchase! If for ANY reason, you are not happy with the product, we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy on single item purchases (excluding bundles).

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our "Product Bundles" We do not offer refunds on those purchases. We recommend purchasing items to try them first, before purchasing the bundle if there are concerns.

*Please email our amazing customer support team for directions on how to receive a refund for your purchase at support@myspectrumheroes.com. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges and return shipping.

*Our 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy applies to first purchase of a product ordered. All subsequent orders would only be eligible for refund if returned, unopened, within 30-days from purchase. This applies to each product, meaning you may return any product that you are not satisfied with as long as it was the first time you purchased it.

Auto-Ship Subscriptions

All subscription orders have the same return policy. Please note all subscription plans have a minimum term of 60-days or 2 recurring subscription orders fulfilled and require a 10-day advance cancelation request in order to give our shipping and fulfillment center time to prevent next order being shipped.
