Shipping policy

My Spectrum Heroes™ ships orders within 24 hours of purchase. Our standard shipping in the US via USPS ships Monday through Saturday and excludes national holidays. Orders placed after 11am on Saturday or placed on Sunday will ship out Monday. We do provide tracking on all orders for your convenience so you can track your shipment. You should receive your tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.

*Please note that we utilize USPS Priority Mail for our expedited shipping, which offers "expected" 1-3 business days, but does not guarantee this "expected" delivery time, thus will not provide a refund for postage purchased. International Shipping

We do ship internationally, but unfortunately we do not have control over international duties, fees, or taxes. We would love to provide the fees and rates to all customers, but it just isn't possible for us to know each country's fees. Please check with your local carrier for more information on your destination's additional costs.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, Tariff, duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges, ect. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand. Please research your countries requirements.
